Rest assured, heating during wireless charging is normal, especially during extended charging sessions or when using your phone for gaming or video streaming. The metal body design facilitates more efficient heat dissipation, which may cause it to feel slightly warm.
If the screen cover feels warm, this is due to the display being illuminated for extended periods. However, it remains safe to use and has passed our rigorous long-term reliability testing. We recommend accessing the settings menu to configure the auto-screen-off time. If the product feels excessively hot, try moving it to a cooler room (32–77°F / 0–25°C). Additionally, starting Ice Mode or Enhanced Mode can help reduce temperature.
