• Ensure the adapter is securely plugged into a properly functioning outlet.

• Use the included adapter or an adapter with at least 65W input power.

• Verify that the earbud charging case supports wireless charging. Prioritize using official charging cases and avoid third-party charging cases that may obstruct wireless charging.
