Please note that this wireless charger is only compatible with Apple Watch and not other brands of watches.

Please use the included USB-C adapter and cable, or try another PD USB-C wall charger and cable rated at 65W or higher.

Check if disabling Optimized Battery Charging helps: Go to My Watch > General > Battery and turn it off. Restart your watch and try charging again.

If possible, test the wireless charger with another Apple Watch.
