Please ensure that all of the following conditions are met:
-
Device compatibility: Verify your phone supports the Qi2.2 25W charging standard. To enable Qi2.2 25W charging, your device must be an iPhone 16 series or later (excluding iPhone 16e) running iOS 26 or later. iPhone 12/13/14/15 series models updated to iOS 17.4 or later can only charge at Qi2 15W.
-
Battery level: 25W charging is only supported when the phone's battery level is below 80%. Once the level exceeds this threshold, charging speed will automatically reduce to protect battery health.
-
Temperature Control: Charging speed may reduce appropriately when the device overheats, especially during prolonged use. Try charging in a cooler environment or to start Ice Mode.
-
Power Characteristics: 25W represents the maximum output power, but real-time charging power dynamically adjusts based on temperature, battery level, and the phone's internal charging strategy. Note that maximum power is not consistently maintained.
-
Measurement Notes: To view accurate power output, use professional tools like Power-Z to measure input power from the adapter to the wireless charger. Conversion efficiency is approximately 80%, meaning 28-31W input power corresponds to 25W output to the phone. Do not rely on third-party apps, as iOS 10 and later restrict their access to real battery data. These apps display only approximate values and cannot accurately reflect charging performance.
