If using this product in dusty or smoky environments, regularly clean the fan located behind the phone charging module with a dry cloth, soft brush, or hairdryer. Do not use a damp cloth or expose this product to water.

• Charging Performance: 

Wireless charging may slow down or stop if the adapter is underpowered or incompatible. For optimal performance, use the included adapter or an adapter with an input power of at least 65W.

• Adjust the device's position to ensure proper alignment with the charging surface. Remove any metal objects between the device and charger to maintain normal charging performance.

Causes of Abnormal Notification Triggers:

• Improper device placement.

• Metal objects detected.

• Connected adapter is incompatible or insufficiently powered.

• Internal fan operating abnormally.
