Please try the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Unplug the dock from your laptop and disconnect all connected devices. Leave everything unplugged for at least 5 minutes. Then, reboot your laptop and reconnect the dock to see if the issue is resolved.
2. Try using the dock with a different laptop that has a USB-C port which supports DP Alt Mode.
3. Make sure you're using the included USB-C to USB-C 3.1 Gen 2 cable. Connect it to the dock's USB-C upstream port labeled with a computer icon.
4. Try plugging the dock into a different wall outlet.
