The indicator on the wireless pad of the dock often flashes when the wireless charger detects a foreign object, such as a metal attachment or an incompatible phone or phone case. If the wireless part on the stand does not power your phone or earbuds, please refer to the following troubleshooting tips that may help locate and resolve the problem:
Please ensure the device being charged does support wireless charging.
Reboot your phone and then try again.
Charge the charging device with its case removed since bulky cases or cases with metal components could interfere with charging.
