Please follow these steps to connect your Anker wireless charger to your phone via Bluetooth:
-
Download the Anker app: https://www.anker.com/app-download
You can also place your phone near the charging base and tap the top of your phone to the area below the NFC icon (make sure NFC is enabled on your phone). A notification will appear to download the app.
Note: If you already have the app installed and have previously paired your phone, an NFC prompt will appear.
Tap and open the app, and Bluetooth pairing will automatically restart.
-
Maintain effective distance: Make sure your phone's Bluetooth is turned on and keep the charger within 10 meters (33 feet).
-
Add your charger device: On the app home screen, tap the "+" icon in the top right corner, or navigate to the "Devices" page at the bottom and select "Add Device." The app will automatically scan for nearby Anker devices. Once your wireless charger is recognized, tap its name to connect. If the device isn't automatically discovered, select "Manually Add," search for the model number A25X7, select the correct image, and set the name to complete pairing.
If pairing fails, please check:
• The charger is turned on.
• Bluetooth on your phone is turned on.
• The phone and charger are within range (close together is recommended).
-
After pairing is successful, you can monitor real-time charging data and adjust device settings (such as charging mode and screen brightness) in the Anker app.
-
If a software or firmware update is available, update it through the app. Do not unplug the charger or turn off Bluetooth during the update. Ensure a stable network connection and keep the Anker app open in the foreground until the update is complete.
