Specification:

iPad Compatibility:

Works with all USB-C port iPad models running iPadOS 14 or later. Not compatible with iPads that have a Lightning port.

Keyboard and Glass Protector Compatibility:

Scenario 1: No case, keyboard, or tempered screen protector. Plug in either way. 

Scenario 2: With an Apple Magic Keyboard, Smart Keyboard, or Smart Folio, but no tempered glass screen protector. Plug in directly. If you plug in backward, then you cannot use the keyboard. 

Scenario 3: With a tempered glass screen protector but no case or keyboard. Plug in backward. 

Notes:

If you are using with Apple Magic Keyboard, Smart Keyboard, or Smart Folio and using a tempered glass screen protector, this product will not work. This hub is only compatible with Apple's Smart Folio. It is not recommended to use it with third-party cases.
