What should I do if the base of the Anker MagStand Charging Station doesn't stay in place? (A1504)
The base features a non-slip silicone pad for added stability. Be sure to remove the protective film from the bottom before use, as leaving it on will reduce the pad's grip.
If dust builds up on the silicone pad, wipe it with a damp cloth to restore its grip.
