Try the following troubleshooting steps:
Check Your Network Settings
-
Make sure the Wi-Fi network name (SSID) and password you entered are correct. Passwords are case-sensitive and may contain special characters and spaces.
-
The charging station supports only 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi. Make sure your router's 2.4 GHz band is enabled and uses WPA2 or a newer supported security protocol.
-
Check whether your router or phone's hotspot has reached its maximum number of connected devices.
Improve the Wi-Fi Signal
-
Place the charging station within 33 ft (10 m) of your router and minimize obstacles, such as walls and large appliances, to reduce signal loss.
-
If the charging station must remain in a fixed location, consider using a Wi-Fi extender to improve signal strength.
-
If you're using a mesh network, connect the charging station to the access point with the strongest signal to avoid unstable connections.
Reset the Charging Station's Network Settings
-
If the charging station still won't connect, press and hold the round button below the screen for 15 seconds to reset Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. Once the button starts flashing, reconnect to Wi-Fi through the Anker Power app.
Troubleshoot Your Router
-
Restart your router and try connecting again.
-
Temporarily enable a 2.4 GHz hotspot on your phone and try connecting the charging station to it. If the charging station connects successfully, the issue may be related to your router's settings.
