Charging power varies throughout the charging process and generally decreases as the battery level increases. Your device's advertised charging wattage is its maximum, not a constant charging rate.
If the retractable cable doesn't reach 60W when charging a single device, try the following troubleshooting steps:
-
Make sure your device supports 60W charging.
-
Try charging another device or testing the charger with a different cable.
-
The built-in retractable cable supports up to 3A. If your device requires a 5A cable to achieve 60W charging, it may not reach 60W with the built-in cable.
-
Plug the charging station into a different wall outlet to rule out an outlet issue.
-
Disconnect the charging station from power, wait 5 minutes, and then plug it back in.
