What should I do if the wireless charging is not working on the Anker 651 USB-C Dock, 8-in-1 Docking Station?
When the wireless charging is not working, the device can not be charged on the wireless stand of the Anker 651 USB-C Dock, 8-in-1 Docking Station. This problem may be caused by the connected laptop, the devices, or the dock.
For laptops:
Try this dock with a different laptop to see if the issue persists.
For the devices:
Please note only Qi-wireless-enabled devices will work with the wireless charging on the dock.
Please restart your devices and try again.
If there is a phone case on your phone, please try the phone with its case off, as thick cases or cases with metal in them interfere with charging.
Please try the dock with another wireless-charging device.
Please confirm the phone is centered in the wireless charger(if the product is the wireless pad).
For the dock:
Confirm if the dock's LED light is on when your devices are put on the stand.
Try using a wireless charger with the devices to see whether the issue persists.
