What should I do if the wireless charging is not working on the Anker 651 USB-C Dock, 8-in-1 Docking Station?
When the wireless charging is not working, the device can not be charged on the wireless stand of the Anker 651 USB-C Dock, 8-in-1 Docking Station. This problem may be caused by the connected laptop, the devices, or the dock.
For laptops:
- Try this dock with a different laptop to see if the issue persists.
For the devices:
- Please note only Qi-wireless-enabled devices will work with the wireless charging on the dock.
- Please restart your devices and try again.
- If there is a phone case on your phone, please try the phone with its case off, as thick cases or cases with metal in them interfere with charging.
- Please try the dock with another wireless-charging device.
- Please confirm the phone is centered in the wireless charger(if the product is the wireless pad).
For the dock:
- Confirm if the dock's LED light is on when your devices are put on the stand.
- Try using a wireless charger with the devices to see whether the issue persists.
