This docking station and detachable hub are compatible with laptops that have a USB-C port supporting Thunderbolt™ 3 / 4 / 5, USB4, DisplayPort Alt Mode, and Power Delivery. Please check your user manual or contact your laptop manufacturer to confirm compatibility.
- If the USB-C port does not support DisplayPort Alt Mode, video output will not be available.
- If Power Delivery is not supported, the dock can still transmit video and data, but will not charge your laptop.
For best performance, use the included USB 3.1 Gen 2 cable to connect the dock to your laptop. If using a different cable, make sure it supports 10 Gbps data transfer, 100W USB-C PD charging, and DisplayPort Alt Mode (for video output).
